BIOPROM: Description of exhibition elements (general)

BIOPROM established a network of  science centres, science museums and organisers of exhibitions to prepare common tools when communicating science  in the field of bioeconomy  to the larger public.

One of these concepts was to address the interests and concerns of citizens through an interactive exhibition in association with science concepts with citizens/ debates and participative democracy tools.

The exhibition was designed to be suitable for all ages, addressing the complex issues of the bioeconomy through the use of touch-screens, interactive workshops, tours, a cinematic area and talks.

The document presents a general description of exhibition elements (in German). The “Mission Possible: Wood – sustainable and valuable” exhibition included a workshop area where visitors and stakeholders were informed about selected topics in bioeconomy which  increased discussions on these issues.
